HOW DOES IT WORK? Sample of a Personal Profile

  • Consultation: We start with an initial consultation about 2.5-3 months before the workshop, where we discuss your team’s needs and situation. We then set a date for the workshop. Approximately 2 months before the workshop, we send a questionnaire to the participants.
  • Questionnaire: The questionnaire contains 60 questions that ask about the individual’s preferences in work situations. Every answer is helpful, and the more diverse the team in terms of talent, the higher the potential for high performance. The questionnaire takes approximately 20-30 minutes to complete.
  • Individualized Profile: After completing the questionnaire, workshop participants receive a 25–30- page individualized detailed profile (see sample). It includes a personality analysis and special sections focusing on the individual’s strengths as a leader, decision-making process, collaboration, contribution to team building, and areas for development or improving communication.
  • Debrief/Coaching Session: Ideally, before the workshop, each participant can have an individual 60-90 minute debrief/coaching session.
  • Workshop: During the workshop, we primarily focus on the team map, roles represented on the team, strengths, and vulnerabilities, and the 4 dimensions of preferences (relational, working with information, decision-making, and organization). We also include activities to get to know each other and improve communication, or to set an action plan. The design is adapted to the needs of the team based on a needs analysis.
  • Recommendations: After the workshop, each participant receives a detailed 37-page presentationregarding the team with recommendations and other detailed materials for team improvement.
