My coaching practice is dedicated to helping individuals and teams achieve their goals and harness their potential. I cover a wide range of topics with my individual clients, such as finding purpose, managing job transitions, and navigating relationships in both work and personal life.
Together, we work on identifying and overcoming limiting beliefs, understanding strengths and values, and forming new habits that will support their progress. I employ various coaching tools and techniques to ensure the success of my clients. Whether you’re looking to change your career path to prevent burnout, are undergoing a life transition, or simply redefining your work-life purpose, we offer two psychometric tools that may be of use to you. These tools serve as an excellent foundation for both one-time coaching sessions and transformative journeys lasting three to six months. HOW LONG
My coaching services are demand-driven. In the 30-minute free Chemistry session*, we will identify your needs and mutually decide on the best course of action. While one session may be sufficient for addressing specific topics, typically, 3-6 (1-1,5 hour) sessions are required to make progress. For transformative change, I recommend scheduling 12 sessions over a period of 3-6 months.
