WHO / WHAT TOPICS

My coaching practice is dedicated to helping individuals and teams achieve their goals and harness their potential. I cover a wide range of topics with my individual clients, such as finding purpose, managing job transitions, and navigating relationships in both work and personal life.

Together, we work on identifying and overcoming limiting beliefs, understanding strengths and values, and forming new habits that will support their progress. HOW LONG

My coaching services are demand-drivenIn the 30-minute free Chemistry session*, we will identify your needs and mutually decide on the best course of action. While one session may be sufficient for addressing specific topics, typically, 3-6 (1-1,5 hour) sessions are required to make progress. For transformative change, I recommend scheduling 12 sessions over a period of 3-6 months.

COACHING EXAMPLES

  • Job transition – I have supported clients who wished to make a radical change in their life, especially to find a fulfilling job. Using a TMS psychometric tool, we were able to identify where their natural energy and strengths lie, how to leverage their leadership, communication, and other strengths, how to best tackle their areas for development. This offered us a great base for further coaching sessions and exploration of opportunities.
  • Relocation – It can be a significant and complex topic on many levels for some of my clients. Hence, they appreciate coaching to identify the best possible and appropriate way to proceed respecting their needs.
  • Relationship – I have assisted clients in very sensitive phased of their lives regarding their relationships. In addition, as a trauma-informed coach and mental health advocate, I can make recommendations for specialized therapy to support them through these sensitive times.
  • Realignment: Through identifying sources of support and creating structure, I was able to help clients experiencing instability in various aspects of their lives to reinvent their purpose,
  • Improving Mental and Physical Health – With my experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine (certified therapist focus on dietetics), Mindfulness Meditation, I have been able to help my clients enhance their quality of life by focusing on their health and life-work balance.
